Stop guessing which doors to knock.
Every canvassing app records the doors your reps already knocked. Knock Jockey tells them which doors to knock next — and drives them there.
$22 per rep per month. No contract. Live with a pest control team in Phoenix today.
The problem isn't tracking. It's targeting.
Your reps already have a map with pins on it. That map tells them where they've been. It doesn't tell them where the money is.
So they walk a street at random, knock forty doors that were never going to buy, re-knock a house a teammate hit on Tuesday, and burn half the shift driving between neighborhoods with no plan. The tracking was perfect. The day was still wasted.
Three things no other canvassing app does
Recently sold homes, loaded weekly
Every week we pull homes that just changed hands across your county and drop them on the map. New homeowner, new decisions, no existing provider. Your reps see them the moment they open the app — no clicking, no filters.
Claim a territory, get a route
A rep drops a pin and takes the nearest 15 or 25 sold homes. Those houses lock to them — no teammate can double-knock. Then the app orders the stops into an efficient driving route and hands it to Google Maps, turn by turn.
Every sale becomes a permanent pin
When a rep closes a deal, that house turns into your company logo on the map — and stays forever. Standing on a porch, your rep opens the app and shows the homeowner every neighbor who already signed. That closes doors nothing else does.
Built by people who knocked
Knock Jockey came out of a working door-to-door operation, not a software company's idea of one. That shows up in small places: rep sign-in is a four-digit PIN, not an email and password. The buttons are thumb-sized. There's a high-contrast sun mode because phone screens wash out at 2pm in Phoenix. It works one-handed, standing on a driveway.
- Installs from a link — no App Store, no IT, works on any phone
- Your logo, your colors, your own web address
- Managers see every rep's knocks and outcomes live
- Reps update a callback to a sale without leaving the map
- Works offline and syncs when signal comes back

Questions
How do the sold homes get there?
We pull recently sold residential listings for your county once a week and load them into your map automatically. They stay for 13 weeks, then age off so your reps aren't knocking stale leads. Homes you've sold to are exempt — those pins stay forever.
Which areas do you cover?
Maricopa and Pinal County in Arizona are live now. We add counties on request — it's a configuration change on our side, and we'll do it during your setup call if your area is available.
What stops two reps knocking the same house?
Claiming. When a rep takes 15 or 25 homes, those houses disappear from every other rep's map entirely. Claims release after 30 days so nobody can sit on a territory they aren't working.
Do my reps need to install anything?
No. They open a link on their phone and add it to their home screen. It behaves like a normal app from then on, including offline. Nothing to approve, nothing to update.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. Change your rep count whenever your team changes size and the rate adjusts with it.
How long until we're running?
You'll book a 30-minute setup call right after checkout. We configure your company's web address, your logo and colors, your county's sold-home feed, and your reps' PINs on that call. Most teams knock the same week.
Give your reps a reason to open the app
Not to log what they did. To find out where to go.
